We identified the key tension points around food, the process of cooking and the role the kitchen plays in household interactions. Then understood how these tensions were translated to using current appliances.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Provided a fresh perspective on the kitchen & appliances and the role it is likely to play in the home in the future. Including a range of new consumer ‘work arounds’ that represent opportunities for Electrolux.
